I am a GPO customer. Why can't I see my special pricing?
If you are an existing Allied customer, but just recently registered on AlliedMPI.com, please allow up to 24 hours for your special pricing to be visible on the website. Please note, though, that you will not be charged the standard prices you see during checkout. Your invoice will include your special pricing.
What is my My Wishlist?
A Wishlist is a place to keep items that you are interested in ordering in the future. Adding items to your Wishlist saves them there even if you logout or leave AlliedMPI.com. You can return to your Wishlist at any time to place your order for those items.
Can I duplicate an order from before?
Yes. Simply use the Previous Orders link and click "Repeat Order" on the right of the page. All items will be put into your Cart where you may then add, delete, or change quantities. Tip: It may be helpful to use the "Nickname Order" option at checkout to easily identify frequently repeated orders.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S. All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse. Based on your delivery address, items may take from 1-7 business days using our Standard Shipping method. Next Day delivery is available. Please note your request for Next Day Delivery in the "Comments" section of your order during Checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Because we try to utilize the most reliable means to get you your products to you at a reasonable cost, we sometimes use different shipping companies for different orders. This makes it impossible to quote you an accurate shipping cost at the time of checkout. One of our Customer Service specialists will review your order when it comes in, and contact you regarding the different shipping options and their cost.
